Chontaduro Cream
Ingredients (4 servings)
Chontaduro powder (40 grams)
Cebolleta
Paprika
Garlic (1 tooth)
Water (1 glass)
Wheat flour (1 tbsp)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Pepper (to taste)
Paprika (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Coconut milk (200 milliliters)
Preparation:
Blend the chontaduro powder, paprika and garlic. Then in a frying pan heat the butter, add the wheat flour slowly to
through a sifter, incorporate the mixture of the blender, with all the ingredients. Finally, add the coconut milk, pepper, salt and
paprika, to taste, let cook for ten minutes. Plate and accompany with whole grain toast.
