Chontaduro Dip
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (50) chontaduro powder
1 small box (220)
cream cheese 1 tablespoon (10) long onion (finely chopped)
1 unit Juice and lemon zest
1 pinch pepper , Optional Salt 3 units
Preparation:
Pita bread in a bowl or plastic bowl. Mix all ingredients with help of a spatula until homogenize, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper. Cut the Arabic bread (pita) in 4 and swim the dip over it to enjoy.
