Chontaduro Drink

Ingredients (4 servings)

- Chontadooroh flour (50 grams)

- Corn starch (30 grams)

- Panela powder (to taste)

- Cinnamon (to taste)

- Anise (to taste)

- Water (1 liter)

Preparation: sift the chontaduro flour with corn starch. Blend this base with a liter and a half of water. Cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes with cinnamon to taste. Remove from fire, move to a thermal shock for longer duration. Then go through a strainer. It can be consumed immediately, and the rest save in the refrigerator.
